Why is there a link to "My User Page" when you can already click through to this on the sidebar?
Because having a redundancy is useful, especially when you forget that clicking your name leads you to the User Page, or when you don't know that it does.
Why is there a link to chatmail on the community page when it's also under the pop out menu?
Good question. Give it the axe IMO!

NS, can you see how many hits the CM page gets from "Miscellanea" vs the pop-out?
We have a lot of clutter from so much data, and even though I don't consider anything in "Miscellanea" to be in the real clutter, I'm still curious.

I used to use that on my phone, when the pop up version of chat mail did not work on my phone.
