I added a new ntp server. ntp.ubuntu.com was giving us time that was over two minutes off. We are now using time-a.nist.gov, so server time shouldn't be as screwy as it has been.
Note that most update times will be off by those two minutes until cache flush (ie, you might see a ba refresh two minutes off of what you'd expect). Tomorrow, things will have settled.
