I just noticed my laptop is constantly running at about 70%. Anyone know what i can do to reduce this?

Buy more. Open Task Manager and find the culprits. If you are unsure what you should have open I google all my weird named things from time to time to be sure. DL and run ccleaner to fix your temp folder and registry, might helps sometimes helps me.

What OS are you running? Win Vista and Win 7 have different approach to memory management compared to Win XP. In the new approach, you have to stop thinking of system memory as a resource and start thinking of it as a a cache.
