heya, after being reminded how bad the farming can get im going to have some time out and decide if i can be bothered to play or not - ive sent you another 2.5 mill and the tatt i brought (worth 3.5 mill if you sell it - and i sent a mill earlier as agreed).
If you dont hear from me with in a few weeks feel free to sell the tatt but if i do decide to come back id like to get it back and repay you the 3.5mill its worth.

So he is now at 2.5million +interest left and he is ahead in payments.
This arrangement is not really an outcome I prefer but under the circumstances it's better then the alternative.
