I just made a character, transfered items to it (including BoE), decided on a different name, made a new character, retired the other one - with the items still on it. I need Ursula unretired. I would really appreciate administrative help.. I'll send the 50k or whatever you have to do but I really would like to NOT lose my BoE from newly purchased supportership (last night..). Character name is Ursula and there aren't transfer logs so I'm guessing thats because its retired, can someone tell me if retiring loses character inventory?
