Please Fix Clan Admin Issues (in General)

I cant kick a member of my clan who has requested to be kicked out of the clan. He also can't leave the clan... I also had Slayer try to log into the clan to kick him and it still wouldn't work... so if anyone can fix it I would appreciate it.
