Having previously worked in customer service I think I would mail a pipe-bomb out with this person's next bill.

Probably the sort of person who spends there day jerking folks in the service industry around then wonders why they aren't friendly and helpful.

Why do people mistake being jerk for being funny?

Honestly this mystifies me.

I mean I am all for the 'funny if it happens to someone else' theory of humour, but having browsed this individual's website I just don't see any redemptive value.

I had thought +/- 5 was the accepted limited in point allocation.

If we have changed this can we apply the change retroactively as I am quite sure that I have made comments that would have gone well beyond the + 5 limit in the past?

If the change is not retroactive perhaps we can implement a program of incremental increase? I think we can all agree that this would be a fair resolution.
