I don't know how it is supposed to work but its not working as the wiki describes.
I was wondering how people in the tourneys were beating characters 3x or 4x their mpr so I played a little copy cat and starting using the MgS. At +8 it totally nullifies any magic cast upon the minion wearing it.
As per the wiki description it should only be blocking .75% per + but clearly it is blocking much more then that.
It has some direct magic reduction as well. Just like AC.
Ah I see. The direct reduction is quite large though. I have seen MMs hitting me for 700-800 get reduced to no damage.
Quite powerful at the lower levels!
It's more like an "either or" relation.
