Innate PTH for haste, innate BL for GS.
Maybe something similar to the scale at which a ToA gives PTH.
I like the bl and gs idea, but pth on haste would be far too good!

PTH/Haste would be like nectar for UC tanks especially, but I think that most tanks would absolutely love that one.

I disagree, because there will always be DM and evasion to counter it. If anything it'd be a way to make tanks a more viable strategy to "non usd" spenders.

If these were implemented you wouldn't be able to wipe the smile off my face with a tire iron.
BL is good, becuase you can't stack it. It does what it does. Where as PTH stacks.
If Haste had PTH, imagine a Tank with;
BoF Infront
Massive Weapon
ToA
Haste from an Enchanter.
That would be far too much PTH. Far too much.
Johnny, as UC, I'd love to be able to get a BL to go with it! :P
