Enforcer in my plink wall (in General)

i wanna equip a enforcer on my plink dude. I'll begin with x1000. You that have some experience, how much should be my + plus to be efective?
and what about that X the more it increases the drain?

forgot to ask, how much st/dx should i train more or less, coz i see people with just a bit...

500k ST is about all you need, you can get by with like 250k and a larger xbow.
