-make $1mil payments on Mondays

Sye will:
-send the Mageseeker when the down payment is received.

Conditions:
-Weekly payments will be differed for 2 weeks (October 4th)
-Payment should be completed within 10 months (July 4th)
-Payments are not limited to 1mil, but should be kept in even millions
-Late payments will be penalized $200,000 to the total debt
