I'm thinking of unlearning Fireball on my first minion (for about 6,000,000 exp) and retraining as a light tank with an SoD. Any advice?
Looks like you're already running an insanely NW heavy strat... adding another weapon you need to up is likely a bad idea.

I have to agree that the cost of running more than one physical fighter is up there. You're generally better off running one physical fighter with stellar gear than multiple small guys.

Good point, I wasn't thinking too much in that direction. I'll probably keep things as they are.
Does anybody have any idea what it takes for the two to do comparable damage?
Actually, assuming you hit twice (usually not a terrible assumption), it doesn't take that much NW.
