As for how I'm going to enforce the daily posting:
I've decided to let you all police yourselves. If you find someone that you think hasn't posting during a 24 hour period (midnight-midnight server time). Then send me a CM with the person and the day. If it turns out that you are correct and you were the fight person to tell me, I will send a CM back asking you if you would like to mark them or give them a strike. If you get no reply from me, it means they did in fact post on that day or that you weren't the first one to notice.
Remember 3 strikes and they are out completely, so depending on the situation, striking or marking might be better for you. And of course if you already marked them then it will be a strike automatically, I'll just tell you that in the reply when that happens.
