What will my NCB end at? (in Contests)

I'm currently at 3,188,575 MPR. My NCB runs out on October 19th. What will my MPR be at the very end of my NCB?

Rules: Players will chatmail me their guess and xfer 50k to dynostorage. Rules are "Price is Right" style: closest guess wins, but if you go above it, you are disqualified. Last chatmail will be accepted at midnight EST Saturday October 9th (to clarify, the end of Friday/start of Saturday). One guess per person.

I need a little help here: Will my NCB end at midnight of the start of the 19th, or the end of the day on the 19th? As this is an xp bonus day I feel that's important. Whichever one it is will be the time that my MPR will be finalized for the contest.

Prizes:
1st Place - Accumulated CB from contest minus xfer fees
2nd place - Sling of Death
3rd place - Beleg's gloves
4th place - base Steel Familiar.
5th place - base Electric Familiar.

No more NCB's for me - the only perk for running a new one in my opinion is if you want to get into a good clan that only has a little room... otherwise it's best to just run a decent one then enjoy the cheaper BA to have strong clan points! :)
