7/20 (in General)

So I should have enough MPR to hit 7/20 by the end of today and I am unsure about how I would go about buying BA in the lower regen and spending it in the higher one. Would I buy the BA before cache flush and then spend it afterwards or is it after midnight? I'm confused.

You would have to buy your BA before midnight tonight, and spend it after 4 am server time. Server time is 4 am.

I should hit 7/20 today also :)..
