I found a pair of spellboosters in my inventory the other day. I checked and they're not rented, but I can't seem to remember them dropping for me, though they must have because i've never bought a pair of my own. 2 months ago would have been quite a good time to get them; now they're only worth a few hundred thousand. oh well :)
