I purchased Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 from an online retailer about a year ago. I just bought a new laptop and I need to redownload Office but every site claiming to have downloads for 2007, such as cnet, brings me to microsoft's new Office 2010. I still have the confirmation email and the link that is in there still brings me to the new 2010 site.
What am I supposed to do? Anyone have any ideas? I don't really want to pay another $80 to download a program I already own.

If you have the activation code, can't you just grab a copy from bittorrent?

Didn't want to go through Bittorrent as I know its not 100% safe. My brother had a copy of the actual installer on his external harddrive.

seriously why not use open office
I used to use Open Office before I bought Microsoft Office. But my fiancee is doing online college courses and got Office for around $50.
Wow! I always assumed you were a guy o.o
i forget which microsoft certification it is, but at least one of them gets access to the download library that has pretty much the whole microsoft library available. perhaps you can find someone in the it department at the school that has this and can download the iso and then you can just enter your license number?
