Oh, I'd like to add that it has to be the original rules. I.e. no skill/DD/enchant, etc. A change in the rules would mean a voided contest :P

Without a tattoo it's going to take allot of hp and allot of dex, even then you'd be very lucky to get him at 2.5-3 million MPR (also the randomness of the ax-bow could be your demise).

I actually started the contest simply because there are little to no targets above 1m mpr, but hat you said about bill is definitely valid.

And yeah I doubt anyone will beat him. It doesn't matter if the bonus is the biggest when your usually sitting around -20-50% challenge bonus.
