Celess has applied to SeeD but when I go to accept the application there is an asterisk next to the name and it says that it will put me over the member limit. However we have had many more people in our clan before so what's up?

15.7 million levels of MPR is pretty big...
Clans go off of VPR as well as member limits
The max VPR you can accept is 0
If Clans -> Admin says this then it's simply being over the limit.
If it has some other number, you may need to have them fight one and train to fix having a 0 in the PR field.
