How does it work? I want to triple hit on any minion that has 20dex in every round of ranged combat any knowledge on this topic is greatly appreciated.
Well, 100dex would be plenty to get you the most dex based cth, so that's 200. Then you need +100 to get to 300. Then assuming they don't have DBs all you have to consider is the range penalty. Which you might have to look up, but I think it's 75% in round 1 for Elbows. So, you really need 400 to guarantee the triple hit. So, you'd need 200pth to triple hit every time round one, either in +'s, or leadership.
