Thoughts on my next strategy? (in General)

I've been thinking allot about my next strategy and I think I've come up with something that might work.

why train UC and equip a weapon?

I believe UC adds 50 extra + to hit (not sure if that counts towards a weapon or not). Also it's the cheapest way to get a high evasion :), most tanks will find it hard to hit me.

not, and UC doesn't add a static + to hit, though it does have the BTH of a 1-handed weapon. UC PTH works for UC.

Since you are using a ToA and a melee weapon it would be far more exp efficient to train evasion up to your dex then it would be to train UC. UC (without a gi) only gives 1/3 of its trained level as evasion.

So lets say you have 500k dex from your ToA. You could train 500k evasion for an effect of 81, or train 1.5 mil levels of UC for the same effect. You would be better off Training another 500k dex and 500k evasion for an effect of 107 (as opposed to putting anything into UC).

Alright, sounds like evasions the way to go. Any other suggestions?
