Turn the runes into rings. Rune of Solitude will become A Solitude Ring.

The thing is, rings and tattoos share a spot on the equipments.

That seems rather overpowered if you did a normal tat, a RoBF, and 2 RoS. Unless it's still 1 tat/ring per character? But that would be the same, no?

A wedding ring, limits you to a two minion team and brings you down to earth whenever you think you're getting too powerful. Also puts limits on how much money you can spend ;)
