New Items and Spells Suggestions (in General)

Since other people are throwing out some suggestions I thought I might throw out a few of my own as well.

Items:

Tattoo of Weaponry: It reworks whatever weapon is equipped to have 1/3 of the tattoo NW in pth and 2/3 of the NW of the tat in x. This is meant to be used in conjunction with base weapons larger weapons will receive no benefits. This works with both ranged and melee weapons so it is meant for use with both. This also works with UC changing the UC level to the tat level this is a net level so isn't increased or penalized.

Rune of Arcane Focus: Grants 80% of the tat level to DD.

Spells/skills

Purify: Cast DM upon yourself same effectiveness uses ED slot.

I have made a lot of other suggestions for skills and items before but I don't have time to include them here just at the moment.

Anything that makes tattoos even more important will get shot down, but I do like the effect this would have just for making melee weapons easier to sport.

Tattoo of Weaponry - Can't really comment, does the NW added effect encumbrance? If not, awesome. I'd love to have two 100m+ nw weapons equipped without raising my pr, killing my stats or costing me any money.

Rune of Arcane Focus - I think all the DD casting familiars should be good enough... Mage walls and the concept of Super Mages scare me.

Purify - Over Powered. Would essentially make all EO useless, DM casts for 80%, EC 50% and AMF depends on the opponent's exp. Throw a decently sized RoS on top of a base purify and you'd have Mages who equip NS mostly immune to AMF, Tanks who's only weakness are EX-Bows(if they have no form of evasion) and the ability to nerf another team's ED by training DM along with it... Maybe if it was a skill and only effected one minion it wouldn't seem so bad?(although it would probably be a giant waste of exp that way)

Also would the networth of the tattoo be divided by two and then apply to each weapon individually? Or would the total net worth be applied to both weapons?

It wouldn't count towards enc just like any other tattoo. The amount is the same for each/any weapons so it don't shrink the ranged weapon if you equip a melee one.

Also as for why I suggest these two tat ideas it is because they fill up a couple things that I think we lack and could really use. 1 is a good multi-minion mage tattoo that isn't a familiar. The other is a way to run a cheap and effective tank.

Ive often said that you should be able to choose DMs target (as in which team). Leave it an EO so you cannot have EDs and dispel enemy EOs and it wont be boosted by RoS.

EO and ED simply mean target opponent or target self and use different slots. Using purify would mean you cast DM upon yourself which means that unless you are using RoS you will be dispelling any other EDs and it stacks with opponents DM so if you use RoS combined with purify and they use DM you won't gain the protection RoS normally gives.

Purify + DD Rune would be a very solid way to do a proper multiminion mage strat. It would be solid on 2, 3 or even 4 minion teams and would add an interesting, and new, element to the game.

ToW (see, even the abbreviation fits!!) - Good idea, making Tanks more of an option can't be a bad thing. I guess some may say that it sounds a tad Overpowered, but I think it's at least worth a go (can always nerf it later if necessary).

RoAF Dunno, sounds O/P but pick a different percentage... Would I use it? Hmmm, if Purify were brought in, probably.

Purify - something that targets opponents EOs is well overdue.

ToW: too powerful as written, 1/3 and 1/6 might be better. When used with a high level tat and the numbers you used you would get like 500M free NW; I know it's a tat, but dang....

Purify: A way to get rid of EC/AMF hmm... sure why not

RoAF: Don't see why not, it's like the ToA for mages.
