Slightly annoying issue.. (in General)

So I'd like to create a new NCB. But I'm faced with a few issues..

*My current NCB has not ended
* I have a rental out on my Current NCB
* I cannot retire my ncb

All this means I cannot create a new one for at least 4 days :(. Is there anyway we can fix this? I've had this happen in the past also.

Also If anyone could create an NCB and transfer it to me, that would be awesome!
