Yesterday I managed 4 or 5 suspensions, getting up to 30 minutes at one point. Today I managed to burn from 160->109 and I just hit my 2nd getting a fun 20 minutes.
A number of these have come right after bot checks, i.e. I go from bot check -> suspension screen after passing the check.
Your ability to fight has been disabled for 20 minutes. Note that multiple suspensions will result in longer penalties, however you will continue to regenerate BA
To prevent this from occurring in the future, make sure that the fight page has finished loading before trying to fight again.

It's not that suspensions are back. It's that there's a screwy way that the check for suspensions works. I wrote about it in some random post in the last few months that dudemus can find and link to here.
I have some time today. I'll see if I can improve the situation at all.
I was getting the same problem as moskel was yesterday. After every 4-5 bot checks I would answer correctly, the next page would tell me I was suspended. Thankfully my times didn't get as high as his :).
