Strategy Help (in General)

So it's been a while since I've been on cb and, I'm a little out of date. I wanna keep it single minion and, preferably as simple as possible for now. Anyone have any suggestions?

It would help to know what gear you might have lying around.

but for a start the Toa/dm archer is nice but nw dependant. You also could go single minion enchanter training primarily AS and an ED of our choice with a tattoo equipped.

I don't really have anything lying around anymore. Sold it all off before I quit. I do have A Menelvegorian Cape [0] and A Pair of Gloves of Mercy [0]. I wasn't sure if there were any new interesting strategies roaming around. Seems to be the same ol same ol.

Well for the most part I recommend the second option as its low cost. Now if you are looking to make it far it might take a NCB or two to generate a decent bank roll and some gear. And running a few ncbs will let you grow a tattoo.

some of the best gear you can aim for would be Spellboosters, noldorin spellcasters, helm of clearsight, AoFocus or Junction.

Are halidon familiars still any good? I was thinking like an single enchanter team. That or 2 enchanters and a halidon.

One strat with 2 enchanters and a hal is 1 trains GS 1 trains AS. Put the hal on whichever and you can give the two enchanters any combination of ranged weapons you want. Train like 10k dex on each enchanter as well.

I remember most of the old strategies I just wasn't sure if they were still viable. I didn't know if the hal got neutered at all.

What about a single minion tank with a familiar.

Tank:
AoJ
HoC
Hal
beleg's
DB's
MgS or SoC (depends on melee weapon)
Exbow
Some kinda melee weapon

I figure the halidon can hold out in ranged rounds if not destroy in ranged rounds. Also the tank would be draining the ST from the enemy tanks. Then all that would be left is chipping away at who survives. Any suggestions?

BoM is probably what you want to try to use. MgS would mean you can't have any magic and SoC isn't worth it if you have exbow.

Use a MoD with an SoC, and use a ToA instead of Hal...

I wasn't planning on using any magic. I was going to attempt to just power house through enemies instead of using amf of dm. I might train evasion or bloodlust. I'm not really interested in another ToA strat. I have done a few of those in the past

training DM can go along way when you wish your opponent had less AS and GA. To power your way through ranged youll need all your money to upgrade your weapon which will take away from all the BA you could buy.

I might do another ETW setup then with my center tank focusing on draining stats while the enchanter casts dm and the wall is a pl wall. I have a lot of time before I start so I'm just tossing up ideas. Possibly a UC tank so I can put more money into the exbow.
