Somehow for the past 2-4 days, chat has been completely inaccessable to me. My settings says its enabled but when I look down, I do not see any chat windows at all. The usual format is replaced by a blank screen either all white or all black. Refreshing doesnt help either. Any solutions?
But I think I saw you just yesterday in chat, whats up with that?
Anyways, yes clear cache and make sure you have java installed properly.
Sounds like a java issue. Your browser should have a java error console that will show you the error message you are experiencing.

I have the same issue with the chat but its all have happen after i have update Firefox and flash.
Refresh let me load the chat correctly.
^_^ oh I see, so it normally occurs after Firefox updates itself. ^_^ makes sense.
