If I have a enchanter with HP from AS will the Shield of Capacity
help me? Or will it just absorb damage my base 20 HP takes? If it helped me absorb damage with my AS up I think it would be good but if it just does my base HP seems not so good for me. Thank you for the help :)

The AS will help you. It will be treated as normal HP in this scenario.
Yes, it does soak up damage against AS hitpoints. You might also want to train a wee bit of unarmed combat or carry a blunt weapons so you can discharge that damage if you are lucky.
