Ya you have to uninstall and reinstall which is kind of time consuming.

Make sure when you are creating your account that you click Europe and not North America.

Corath has given me 3 million thus far for running characters to level 5 for referals yay CBD's :D
You do not need to uninstall and reinstall, simply install the EU version to a different directory and rename it for your convenience. I have both, but I don't play much on EU.
Are the same champions being played on both servers? Are the meta-games the same?

I don't think the free champions are the same as far as meta I'm clueless lol
Meta is different although I think the free champs are the same.

you have to make a new account to play eu, so you will have to start from scratch.
and yes i belive the free rotation is the same on both but im not 100% sure
