Non-venomous, but still creepy. While mowing my lawn last year, I was zoning out to an MP3 player and didn't notice a couple of king snakes making babies. I almost stepped on them before jumping three feet in the air. It took every bit ounce of patience to keep from pushing the mower on top of them. I ended up mowing a circle immediately around the snakes and even poked them with a stick. They were rather dedicated...

Ah I used to go catch rat snakes and keep them as pets. One almost choked my friend tho, it was quite funny at the time xD
