When I try to swap a storage character into my clan I get this message.
Unable to make requested changes. Most likely adding the selected Character would have put your Clan over its PR or particpant limit.
That's by design. You are probably in a big clan.

Also participant is spelled incorrectly in that message :)

What would happen if Newlin just simply retired his character? Would it also mean he automatically leaves the clan? I was thinking that maybe you could retire which would open up enough VPR to put in your storage character.
That could work but if I have to leave the clan for now in ok with that.
