i understand that EC does not have a direct 0.00-1.00 indicator but the principle is the same..each upgrade giving a 1% reduction in the EC effect

I like the idea of a counter to EC. I wasted a week using my RoS to put all my exp into DM before I realized that that didn't counter it.
a counter to ec.....
ToA, AoM, TsA, EC, EBs, HGs, TGs, EGs, HoE, BoM
As compared to Corn, BoE, Sbs to boost EC which is already at half effectiveness. I really don't think another EC counter is necessary.

Pit: Well, if you put it that way I guess we don't need another counter to EC. How about a new weapon instead?
