Shame on you for making me look it up. It's turn-based, which is always a winner, but it's also a paid game that looks a lot like free ones.

No specific game, there are just some Flash shooters have similar looks.

It's the complete opposite of a shooter. It's a simultaneous turn-based tactics game. No manual aiming or anything of the sort is involved.
