This is a list of open source games, all of these games are "variants" of commercial games that have existed previously. So for instance, there is a Morrowind clone, a Syndicate clone on here. I just had no idea there were so many. It's an awesome list:

Funny, I was just thinking the other day they should do a modern Descent game. (= (Not that the version on the linked list looks that "modern" but whatever.)
