I'm looking for a rubber door stopper for a family member's 2001 Ford Ranger. I'm not sure of the proper name nor the proper dimensions, but it's shown below. The backside of the cylinder should have a plug that fits into a hole in the sheet metal.

That certainly does appear the part, assuming it's the same on the extended cab door. I failed to find anything by searching the part number, but the link does sell the part.
