KW / SK Char sale and Debt transfer (in Public Record)

I am Selling Shinobi Legends fully geared to SK. he will assume. 54M debt with EOD KW/EOD 67M debt with areo Areo Enterprises Debts the thing is, he have to pay only the char xfee, BUT have to knock off instantly 1 of the 2 debts. And the char will be transfered only after it. the other debt must be paid in full, at least 1M week like i was doing. please confirm.

forgot to say:

dbs+ 152 belongs to areo.

its a permanent loan and must be send back whenever areo asks or u make a deal with him about it.
