I have found the BA rolls forward 1 minute every 20; so 00, 21, 42, 03 etc. It resets this back the 00/20/40 at a certain point but I haven't figured out how or when.
I found a better solution. Just pretend the BA rolls out 10/30/50!
HA! The BA will ALWAYS be on time! :D

It probably resets at cache flush, which I believe is 4AM server time.

Well it never rolls over into 10/30/50 so it resets a few times a day I guess every day. I'm guessing it goes up to 9 and then the thing that makes it go +1 just assumes its at 00/20/40 again.
I am finding 10/30/50 to work like a charm! No more guessing!!
