you may want to watch the new contract in the next system update. Part of the terms is forfeiting the right to sue Sony, unless you write a snail-mail letter to them.

Well that is some uncanny act by Sony. I have a ps3 and though I have no intention to join any class action lawsuit even if the situation calls for it, it seems unfair for them to take that out.
I mean, casual players would not take time to read whatever things they are presented on screen because they simply are long and cumbersome to read, actually.

Regardless that you have sign or not that would not hold in court well maybe in the USA but not in europe or canada.
