i'm not in a clan

because then i feel no obligations to anyone else and i can just miss BA if i don't feel like fighting without feeling like i am screwing someone else over in the process

definitely not a team player

Windwalker October 24 2011 12:41 PM EDT

Unless there is some big improvement for being in a clan I can't see doing it.

Goku October 24 2011 12:46 PM EDT

15% exp and money is enough for me. if your missing BA your not really a player who would worry about the 15%

AdminQBnovice [Cult of the Valaraukar] October 24 2011 12:47 PM EDT

I retired from clanning seriously a while back, I still miss it...

I'd love to do some of the clan scrimmages I'd wanted to do once we get the t system sorted out a bit more.

OB, what if there was a clan system like there is in BM and S&F, would you find that more enjoyable?

It isn't that I'm missing BA
it's just that I occasionally get on and burn some

;D

It's more casual, and in that respect I would find it more enjoyable

AdminQBnovice [Cult of the Valaraukar] October 24 2011 2:41 PM EDT

Hmm so maybe a system where a casual player can benefit a clan in other ways... maybe have an inactive roster that can add enchantments by running an hour long BA burn best mini tourney.

This is the exact reason why I turned down two invitations recently. That and the whole "I'm quitting at 6/20" thing.

A clan with no obligations and no threat of disbanding = economic clan. Problem solved. ^_^

AdminTitan [The Sky Forge] October 24 2011 4:21 PM EDT

I like BM's clan because it's more active.

For nothing but a measly 20% discount on transfers? Problem not solved.

Unless you're a forger, or transfer a lot to a very few people who are in your clan. Otherwise, not worth it.

AdminNemesia [Demonic Serenity] October 24 2011 6:36 PM EDT

Its not i get everything I want. If you want rewards then join a fighting clan and keep up on it. If you want to just be in a clan for social reasons and have no obligation to fight an econ clan fits that bill.

Lord Bob October 24 2011 7:02 PM EDT

I'm simply saying there is no reason for most players to join an economic clan. Joining one does not solve any problem. I do agree that there is no problem to begin with. Going solo suits my purposes just fine.

Phoenix [The Forgehood] October 24 2011 7:12 PM EDT

econ clans give added forge efficiency % when ranked, so... :P

Phrede October 25 2011 3:54 AM EDT

I, too feel happier now I am not in a clan. My character is rubbish and I felt that I was letting the clan down by getting farmed every day.

Titan's suggestion would get me back in a clan right away though - clan battles a la S and F or Bloodmoon. I would also like clans to be 50% bigger.
