Linguala- Tal_Destra deal (in Public Record)

I'm buying Quad Aces from Tal_Destra.

10m has been sent to him already to cover xfer fees. The char will come fully equiped.
I'm gonna pay him 250m on a (very long) pay plan.

148m will first be paid to aero to cover Destra's debt and the remaining 102m will be paid to Tal_Destra himself.

I think this sums up what we've agreed in pm's.
