Every site with a terms of service (in Off-topic)

Yeah, it's hard to believe all this horrible crap is going down all at the same time, but it looks like the DOJ is trying to make violating the terms of service on a website a crime. Yes, that's right. Maybe after this, we could finally put an end to people using multiple accounts on CB for good. "Oh, it looks like you have more then one account, I'm sorry but you didn't read the terms of service did you? Sorry, go to jail!"

This is retarded. Let websites police themselves, I say. It's not the government's job to enforce private companies' rules.

I need to put some terms of service on my website. Stating that in order to use this website you must agree to the terms, and that terms state that you must send me all of your money, all the time.

new EULA for Bluray players: "In order to watch movies on this device, you must wear the MPAA-approved sensory isolation helmet to prevent unauthorized viewing of the content."

Don't forget the memory-eraser module. Can't have any illegal copies in a persons memory.
