No butter for you!

Nice to see attention drawn to a real crisis in the world.

Word is that the current government is being blamed and they are getting absolutely creamed in the polls.

I've got a mate on a similair diet.

Cuts out all grains and doesn't shy away from fat. It's working really well for him.

And his LDL cholesterol is how high?

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] December 9 2011 11:24 AM EST

Back in the day when I used to eat butter freely, my total cholesterol was 312. I miss those days.

My parents did the atkins diet, something very similar to this, they lost a lot of weight, and had insanely low cholesterol afterwards too, that could have just been attributed to good jeans and lost weight too though.

never had my cholesterol checked... I do know that my blood typically will pass the viscosity & lubrication tests that Castrol uses for motor oil though!

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] December 9 2011 3:23 PM EST

Is that a good or a bad thing? ;)

Joel December 10 2011 1:48 AM EST

Its good if you use your blood for motor oil! :D))

After the last couple of days on the party circuit I can confirm that the blood level in my alcohol system is dangerously low...
