If I want to insta my 1.3m tattoo into a 3m one?

My MTL is 2.6m, is it preferable to get a 3m one or a higher leveled tattoo?

i have a 4m lvl tattoo im selling sells to the store for 12m, make me an offer

Nah down low you can get 20% easily, hell there's people with like 15 tattoos just floating around on their chars <5M levels. I'd guess 20% would be what you're looking at, don't go more than 22% unless you're really desperate.

why would you say nah, i said 20-25% if not more, depends on the size depends on who is selling it, you said 20-22% like 20 is 20 regardless.

possibly but its still a yes, people still try and sell them for more, and people sell jiggy's for even more then that. yes i know the jiggy is a supporter item before anyone chimes in...

I have made lots of tattoo instas and they have all gone for 20% of the nw difference at that range. However that quickly changes once you start getting toward the high end.

I personally would suggest waiting and getting a higher insta. Because of the high cost of transferring tattoos.

Then it's probably better for me to buy a RoE or keep renting one until I finish my NUB?

It depends I think this is ultimately the best idea; however, it is very very expensive. Unless you plan on ultimately spending hundreds of millions of dollars, then you might want to just level your own tattoo.
