Change on the UI for smartphone (in General)

I been playing CB more on my Nexus that on my computer in the last month or so. There 2 thing that are just annoying Chatmail and forum. To reach off topic or contest you need to use to scroll over button and same thing for chatmail. Possible to after you click the forums you can see all the forums and not the lastest treads. In community if there could be a link for chatmail.
