And have it freeze, the signes of the voice acting and glitchy scenes right before it stops entirely, Ive followed the recommended fix(clear game data, etc..) but still fails... and its not the console because im still playing lego harry potter 5-7 and el shaddai...

Clear the cache on the Harddrive (360 settings, memory, HD, press Y for options/Make sure you don't format!)
Afterwards, install the game to the Harddrive, should run much smoother..
