Major Bug with Hal To Hit (in General)

Seems like the Hal isn't getting proper to hit. He should be triple if not quad hitting my opponent yet he undershoots somehow even with 100 base to hit and max dex advantage. That alone should not even be possible. The Dbs on the opponent are quite small since even Epitaph with his measly 73 + to hit double hits at times.

Hey, I family up in Duluth :D. Also, I tried playing around with stuff to see what might be causing the bug. Changing the tattoo around, removing items, and adding items didn't seem to make much of a difference. In this one, I had the Hal on Get with junc and various benefiting items like Mandos, BGs, etc.

I then had Epitaph with BoF (+36) in front to give him 18 plus to hit from leadership. Saddly, the results were even worst than before :(

Weapons: Elven Long Bow (ELB) with 100% Base-to-Hit (BTH) during Ranged Combat, reduced to 40% BTH during Melee Combat.

If you read the logs you could see the missing is happening in range....

its like, the more + you get, the more you miss ._.

Yeah that is what I was noticing. It seems like it got inverted someway. Because when I go into melee I start hitting more than I was in range lol.
