this is strange UC evasion is OP? (in General)

look at my char titanz and then Neo Japan's Jimmy Lee. I have dx advantage +31 xbow and 28 MH and a ToA why do i miss?

Would be best if you posted the battle log if you are asking questions like this. However, you are probably attacking the Jig who could have dex advantage over you. Also, Evasion has increased effect in range rounds. Lastly, if you have equal or higher dex it guarantees you the base to hit of the weapon.

Since your dex advantage doesn't seem to be that great between him and you, you are probably sitting around 60-70 CTH from dex. Then your PTH is +31 plus whatever you get from the ToA so maybe around +45. This would barely put you over 100 and after subtraction his evasion you are probably sitting around base to hit levels. You will be missing ~40% of the time.

my jiggy evasion is 81, and minion is 49, but the minion seems to do more of the dodging than the jig

and I found the EB's help more than the DB's, because I used to use DB's

they're about even, minion slightly more for now, but that will change when I change my focus back onto health, then jiggy passes me, but the i'll catch back up.

but I wouldn't complain about UC evasion being OP. How about his ExBow taking 900,000 St away in one hit with only 20,000 damage. His char PR and MPR is well less than mine for these lower lvl fights, and its literally comes down to chance to whether I win or he wins based on his Exbow hitting both my chars just once in ranged.

what is you PTH after ToA?

not sure do i add them up bonus and base? if so 90+ on ranged and melee

Dex advantage isn't large enough.

It's not giving you 100% to land a single hit.

so with your small dex advantage, and my evasion of 49 and 81, you have a 56% chance of hitting me.

Plugging in Just attacker (titanz) and defender (jimmy lee) Dexterity, with no PTH/CTH, the chance to hit with a Morg is 78%.

Unless you have +22PTH, after Evasion, you'll still have a chance to miss with your Morg.
