Target bleeds 20% per round
That means They bleed 20% of their total HP or 20% of the damage the dagger does?
Nvm found the answer in a search I should have made b4 asking. It bleeds for 20% of total damage. So much for the idea of giving a base one to a enchanter and letting them bleed out other enchanters/mages.
