Name of Power (in General)

My tank has an Elbow, was wanting to give it a name. The problem is that my tank is near its max Encumbrance, would it get too tired of wielding the bow if I named it?

Name question...

If I name a SoC will the returned damage be increased by 4% or just the armor value.

Naming is supposed to be a slight edge, not an automatic win. We try to not make it required to spend USD on the game. Although, I realize why games do that -- games have to be profitable to stay alive.
