If I have a minion that is granted Evasion by a ROBF and DB boots, and has no trained evasion, will a pair of Elven Gloves boost that evasion, or is it only trained skills? What kind of gear should I be buying for my ROBF minion?
Also, if I'm wearing gear that will give -% to skills, will that affect evasion granted by items or again is it only trained?
Neither the +% nor -% will affect the evasion granted from DB or RoBF.
Okay. What's good gear for an evasion based minion then? Just stacking AC on every other slot?
An Evasion based minion would train evasion and wear all elven gear.
Anyone can wear a pair of DBs and get as much Evasion as you can afford to purchase/equip.
The RoBF isn't great for Evasion.
